A close friend of mine was doing great with her weight loss so I asked her what she was doing. She told me that she exercised at home with a personal trainer Frisco from Lady Trainers To Go. I immediately wanted to find out more, especially when she told me all the Frisco personal trainers were female! I’ve had male trainers before, but could never really feel comfortable with them. Knowing that there was a company out there that truly focused on providing comfort and convenience to women reassured me that it is possible to make my fitness goals a reality.

From our first meeting, I knew my Frisco personal trainer and I would get along just fine. She was smart, skilled and creative. Any doubts that I had just went away. My personal trainer in Frisco is incredible, and I absolutely love exercising with her. It truly feels like I’m working out with a friend, rather than a stranger. I’m totally at ease and am already seeing amazing results.

I didn’t know that I could be so happy with a fitness regimen. All of my sessions are full of variety, which minimizes boredom or feeling of being burnt out. I’ve learned yoga, Pilates, strength training and much more. I’m also considering meeting with the nutritionist on staff. I think it’s great that a woman can get so much from one company. Now I know why my friend always had a smile on her face! I still have some progress to make, but I’m still giving my friend a run for her money! I don’t know why everyone doesn’t have a Frisco personal trainer. It really is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
